Barite (Baryte) is a naturally occurring mineral composed of barium sulfate (BaSO₄), renowned for its high specific gravity. Our Barite Lumps & Powder grades are specially processed for use in oil and gas drilling fluids to increase mud weight, control formation pressures, and prevent blowouts. With consistent particle size and purity, it ensures effective drilling performance and reduces wear on equipment. Barite is also utilized in paints, plastics, rubber, and radiation shielding.
